Calibration Board for Monaco SPC563M64CAL44. The Calibration Adapter is designed to substitute the QFP device on an ECU version used during engine calibration.

The Calibration Adapter is designed to substitute the QFP device on an ECU version used during engine calibration.
The calibration board can also be used as emulation board as the Nexus trace port on CSP496 allows to keep using the pins of production packages as applicative pins.

The 2Mbyte RAM allows to use this board for Processor In the Loop.
Simply, the Calibration Adapter is a Monaco in CSP Package with 496 pins, which has on board a 2 Mbytes SRAM, a Calibration bus (latch between CPU and RAM), A 3.3V voltage regulator, a Debug connector (Mictor) and a CAN Transceiver.
